MOYO

Moyo is Swahili – meaning the heart of ones’ character. It encapsulates the spirit of moral fiber. To be “Moyo” means to be respected and revered in the community. It is the centerpiece of Successful Pickleball‘s culture. We believe in the 4 operating principles that guide us and make up our heart to keep us Moyo and moving forward.

Culture is everything. The work of Successful Pickleball starts with our people. Our team is comprised of people who exhibit characteristics that we believe to be unicorns among the masses. The culture is a direct reflection of our team’s health and wellness. We work hard to provide a safe, exciting, inspiring work environment to move our organization forward.

  • Motivation – Our motivating goals are to be honest, moral, and ethical. Our team has a sincere and intrinsic drive to inspire and uplift others to accomplish and push past boundaries like never before.

  • Young at Heart – Deeply fundamental to our growth is the ability to keep the childhood qualities of curiosity, kindness, generosity, and belief alive and remain true to our ability to create, explore, and stand up for what is right ever present in our actions.
